The Monster Within Me
There is a monster within me. His name is Phil. These are the journal's that will record my battle with the monster and his attempt to keep me as a losing trader. But I will prevail and learn to control this monster within me. I will be a great trader, I will be in control of who I want to be.
I will SLAY THE MONSTER within me so that it can no longer control me and my thoughts.
By becoming an Observer of the self, I give authority to the Empowered parts, to be all I can become.

Habit-pulling the trigger Day 3

Today I took two live trades. gifts or profits it doesnt really matter. But i did push the button.LIVE
going to work on meditation.  and will make it my goal to become DETATCHed from my trades.  Meaning?  take one trade  when its over. three second of fume or glow,  then next. 
Tommorrows goal--  take 3 trades live.  results don't matter.  just trade signals in the plan.  there seems to be around 15 or so signals each day.  try to trade the first 4 or 5.
thinking about using the extra morad room for practicing mechanicial trading.
