Today I did 2 live trades out of 8 signals. Having settled on a method for along time that is mechanicial, I know it works so next week again, I am playing T-ball (for awhile) to develop the #1 habit. entry/pulling the trigger. actually participating at my selected time/price.
Goal- to be able to place ALL trades when a visual signal is seen first to just take all the entery signals then to be able to do them with out hesitating,questioning,sweating and all the other out of state of mind crap that goes on in trading.
Till I am able to form this (habit)- expectency, lot size or discretionary trading are to be habits formed later.
Next habit to form. hold for preset target and stop
NQ 1 contract 2 pt stop 2 pt target entery - mc close crossover printout chart nightly of signals seen and those taken. mentally dwell on positive reasons that will release me from my fears to enter.
Listening to FT71 past webinairs are helpful to guide me in what steps are needed to develop into a consistantly profitable trader.
